Do the seats fold down?

I see that the rear seats are "split", yet I cannot get mine to go down! I know it would only give me enough room to haul a pair of skis (not that I even ski) but just curious if anyone is able to put your seats down and if so HOW? :)

Go to the trunk and there's a little release that you turn. Then go inside and above the seat and slightly behind there's another latch you use to unlock the seat. I doubt you will get skis in it because of the batteries that are right behind the back seat. I think (not looking at the car right now) there is a tiny space on the right side from the trunk to the seat.
