Contacting hybrid developers

Having been interested in hybrid technology for years I would like to contact people who are directly involved in such work. How do I go about it? I have been searching the net for some way to contact people and no site I have seen has a philosophy or technology contact capability. Can someone give me some names of people with whom I can discuss the subject? Thank you in advance,
