Arizona Hybrid HOV Pilot now open

On February 9 Arizona opened a pilot program to allow HOV use for owners of Toyota Prius, Honda Insight and Honda Civic Hybrids. The pilot will allow a maximum of 10,000 participants to apply for an "Energy Efficient" plate.
