Advice before buying used FEH - PLEASE HELP

Created November 18, 2009, at 5:57 pm by jasonlevi

Hi,

Tomorrow Im going to test drive a couple of used FEHs. One is :

http://www.boucherautos.com/?http://carspot.homenetinc.com/boucher/brows...

And the other is:

http://www.boucherautos.com/?http://carspot.homenetinc.com/boucher/brows...

So my question is - If they both handle well should I go with the newer model with higher mileage or the older model with the lower mileage?

Thanksk for the help.

Those links are the same and take me to the first page of 1500 vehicles. You need to explain what page or more about the two FEH's. I went up to page 13 and gave up looking.

My bad.

The first one is a 2005 with 51 000 miles.

The second one is a 2007 with with 75 000 miles.

They are both going for around $15 000.

Thanks

Depending on the options the '05 sounds like the better deal. The 8yrs/100,000 mile warranty has at least 49,000 miles and 4 years left on the HV battery, eCVT, and DC/DC converter. The '07 only has 25,000 miles left on the same warranty. If the vehicles were bought in a green State like NY and Calif, the warranty is 10 yrs and 150,000 miles if you live in that State also. More options were available on the '07 but they both have the same engine, eCVT and battery.

I have an '05 FWD with with every option and 62,000 miles and I value it at $15,000.

Thanks for the advice. Since positing the question I had the carfax report done and the 2005 model had an accident involvong rear collision. So Im not sure its the way to go anymore.
