2010 FEH Observation

I ordered a new 2010 FEH that was ordered in Aug and today , I went to the dealer and the car was arriving, so I had a peek at it.
My question is :
I have noticed that the driver side back window where the intake air for the battery is normally, is not there anymore just plain window.
Does anyone know why ?
Did they changed the place for the air intake,I was not able to see any difference between the non-hybrid and the hybrid except for the hybrod logo

There is no Aux battery A/C or outside vent in the '10 FEH. Ford changed the chemistry in the battery cells and now uses the cabin as a source of ventilation. I understand the vent is now under the rear seat so look around there and let us know what you find.

the vent is in the back liftgate section. you have to be careful not to block it with cargo, but it's well marked.

The vent is now in the cargo area on the driver side with a note do not cover
