2008 Highlander Hybrid

Does anyone know when the 2008 Highlander Hybrid will hit the dealerships? I can't seem to get a straight answer from the salespeople.

I too have been checking with the dealership salespeople in my area and they don't really have any idea, though most of them are saying around Thanksgiving. This is from the same people that told me September for the 2008 ICE Highlander, which, as I told them, showed up in July. But enough grumbling about salespeople who have plenty of time to do research about their products while they work. :(
I did receive an e-mail from Toyota this weekend that said the new 2008 Highlander Hybrid made its showroom debut in September as expected and should start arriving at dealers in mid-October.
If this is the case, the wait will soon be over!
I keep checking Toyota's website to see if they've updated it to allow you to select and build a Highlander Hybrid, but there's still nothing yet.

Well, here it is November and still no Highlander Hybrids at the dealers in the LA area.
I see Ellen DeGeneres doesn't have a problem finding one.

I'm in the Chicago area and I've seen quite a few 2008 HiHy's at the dealerships around here. I actually found a Limited equipped the way I wanted and in the right color, so I bought it.
They are out there, you just have to go looking for them.
The 2008 Highlanders are slowly showing-up on the lots here. I took a test drive in one last week.
