2007 Camry EV Mode

Does anyone out there in 'hybrid land' know where a person can order the part that will allow the 2007 Camry hybrid to run in EV mode like it's Japanese and European counterparts?

The car is programmed and ready to make better use of the batteries and get better gas mileage, but due to EPA testing, Toyota left this option off og all US hybrids.

I contacted a Toyota dealer in the UK and they refused to sell one to me.

Any assistance or leads would be appreciated.

Did you try posting this question on priuschat.com? I'd bet folks can direct you (or the new camrychat)... I'd assume there a Coastal Tech EV Mod out there...
