2006 Prius Back-Up Camera off center?

So I've had my Prius for about 2 months.. about 1 month in, I was driving on local.. and there was a huge SUV right on my butt.. so I put the car in R to use the Back-Up Camera to see exactly how close the bastard was and to my shock, the bumper looked messed up! I immediately pulled over, got outta my car and went to the rear to check it out and there was no damage visible..

So baffled, I hopped back in and put it in R to look again, then realized that it wasn't the bumper that was messed up, it was the Camera angle! It was off center and what looked like damage was actually my own rear license plate! So I took a closer look at the Camera position from outside, and I could see that it was physically not centered on the inside.. not the glass lens, but the Camera as a whole.. I fingered it and it felt completely stiff.. not budging at all.. So I called up my local Toyota dealership and told them of my problem, the guy there didn't know much about the Prius and so he decided to order a new Camera for me; Long story short, it took me 3 weeks and 3 visits to finally get a new Camera installed, he told me it was perfect, so I go in expecting it to be fixed.. It looks EXACTLY the same! Even from the exterior the off center Camera was exactly the same as I remembered..

Now has anyone else experienced this?? I even jumped into a brand new Prius on the lot that was plateless to check, that Prius was off center too!! I know for a fact that for the first month I could NOT see the license plate in my display feed.. I need help! I get the feeling that they didn't install a new Camera or maybe did but mistakenly installed it on a different Prius??

I also notice when do a perfect park job and am right inside the lines, the camera looks way uneven, the right side of the bumper looks higher than the left.. and also I noticed that I can see more bumper than I remember, it takes up almost 1/3 of my display! I KNOW IT WASN'T LIKE THIS BEFORE!! I'M NOT CRAZY AM I?!!
