2006 FEH Nav CD Needed

I have a 2006 FEH. I need a NAV System CD for TX/NM/AZ. Navteq won't sell me one to replace the one that I had without selling me a whole set. Anybody have a spare one, old one, or one that I could try to copy? Just need the 1 CD. The rest of my set is fine.

The number on the CD is 6L1T-18C912-BA Version 3V. This is the PN on the Northwest USA CD. Not sure what the one for the TX/NM/AZ was because it is lost.
