'06 tax deductions-credits - insights

Hi folks,

The '06 tax incentives look better than ever see,,,

But, I notice that only the automatic insights are listed - does the manual model not qualify for any tax credits?

as I understand it the manual insight doesn't achieve emissions stds to get the credit.
