Mitsubishi i electric ...sincerely i am not very fond of it! Usually i like this kind of cars but this one has a strange design if you ask me..

Er….. yes, or you could just plug it in to any available mains socket! The point of EVs is NOT to use fossil fuels or not ones which we (you) need to spend US$600BILLION per year securing! (Jeesh!) MW

It’s unortunate that these electric vehicles don’t have a stand-alone small gasoline generator available as an option. That way, if the 100 mile or whatever wasn’t enough for the round trip, you could crank up the generator and let the car charge while you were, for example, having dinner, watching the movie, or out for a night on the town.

I think an electric Outlander would be a game-changer. Even if it’s range was only, say, 40 miles. I think a sporty, cool-looking SUV that just happens to be electric would be well-received by the public.
