The placement of charging stations makes you despair sometimes and you are wondering if anyone who actually owns an ev was ever consultet.

For example why would Wallgreens install L2 chargers? People don't typically shop at wallgreens for 4 hours and parking is usually at a premium so why would you encourage people to use your parking spots longer?

This is the opposite example. If you can think of the least useful places to install a quick charger you probably would have a hotel somewhere in that list. I would imagine that most people would stay at a hotel for at least 8-12 hours which would call more for a $200 L1 (120v) socket than a $25000 fast charger.
