The old if it don’t go, chrome it mentality. The Chevy Spark appears to have a smaller battery and bigger motor with a zero to 60 time under 8 seconds. This Fiat has a larger battery and smaller motor with a time to 60 of about 9 seconds.

Neither car has a large enough battery, i.e. over 40 KWh, to be a viable EV.
