I think fair trade means that there are only tariffs placed on items that were manufactured out of compliance with the importing country&#039;s rules for safety and pollution.  It is not fair to kill your workers to make cheaper goods, or to fill our skies with your Hg in order to produce cheap power for your factories.  I do realize that some European countries could impose tariffs on some of our goods following these same rules.&lt;br /&gt;
