Club Intrawest Installs Free Tesla And ClipperCreek EV Charging Stations

Club Intrawest is installing electric vehicle charging stations at its main properties.

The boutique vacation club announced the installation of complimentary electric vehicle charging stations at the Club Intrawest – Tremblant, Quebec location, as the first step of a company-wide roll-out.

In addition to the Tremblant, Quebec location, charging stations will also be installed at the Club locations in Whistler, British Columbia, Blue Mountain, Ontario, Sandestin, Florida and Palm Desert, California. Installation for the four additional charging stations will be completed in the spring of 2015, stated Club Intrawest.

The installation will comprise of two type of units. Each charging station will consist of a Tesla Wall Connector and a ClipperCreek HCS-40 universal charger for all other brands of electric vehicles.

Enabling our Members to visit the Club driving electric vehicles certainly helps us achieve our mission.”

To introduce the new install, Tesla Motors will be hosting test drives of the All- Wheel Drive Dual Motor Model S on March 14 and 15, 2015 for members and guests of Club Intrawest – Tremblant.
