1,6 l + ca 8,5 l /100km --in a distance 880 km cons= 1,6+ 7,8 x 8,5 =67,9 l ---- summary is 7,7 l/100 km.
or 18,3gal per 880km/ca 550 miles/
=30, miles/1 galon!

I agree, If Mitsu can keep the price reasonable (below 40K) this should be a winner.

Meanwhile, I agree with EPK. If Mitsu can keep the price reasonable and the non-ev fuel economy is reasonable this should be a winner.

I think this will be a home run. This has decent EV range, SUV size, and range/distance and efficiency. In Canada the Mitsu folks have been tremendously supportive (and building quite a bit of goodwill among all EVers in Toronto) of EV initiatives, even bringing the first Level 3 charger free for all EVs (not just Mitsu's). Their Canadian President is also out promoting EVs.

**Just need to get decent pricing and I think this will be our next vehicle! My only ask is to please keep the price reasonable... **

All are nice to read, finally it boils down to price. If a Volt with 35 mile range costs 40K, this should cost 50K. But you get the best of both worlds, lets see.
